At this time Mallar Decoys will only ship to the U. S. and Canada. We are using the U.S. Postal Service for all shipments to these countries. We may from time to time use Fed-Ex for shipments within the Continental U. S. at our discretion. Mallar Decoys will also accept a bank check, however, we do not accept personal checks. Please contact us directly to arrange payment by check.

We are glad to help. However, we will not be able to check shipping rates for clients. The weight is listed on the items page and our FOB location is 04330. Pay Pal will automatically figure the shipping rate when you check out.  However, if you wish to check yourself, please go to www.usps.com and when in doubt use the large package option to calculate postage. We are also happy to use Fed-Ex if you check and get a better rate. We will honor the shipping at the actual cost plus $5 per shipment for handling.

• GUARANTEE - We have attempted to make a consistent effort in cataloging and correctly describing the property to be sold. Additional photo's may be available upon request during the selling of an item. Please always ask us. The authenticity, condition, age, and size of each item is guaranteed as described within reason. We stand by our guarantee and will promptly refund the purchase cost of any item which is incorrectly described.
• DURATION OF GUARANTEE - If you believe that an item you purchased has been incorrectly described, and you plan to request a refund on that item, the request must be made immediately upon receipt and examination of your purchases. The guarantee will end 24 hours from time of delivery.
• DISPUTES - Mallar Decoys Inc. will be the sole determinant in resolving disputes related to an item's guaranteed description. Any disputes arising from the sale of these item will be settled under Maine law.
• TAX - A 5% sales tax must be charged to all buyers who register a State Of Maine address. For buyers from all other states, no sales tax is applicable.
• AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS - All items listed are stocked in quantities of one unless otherwise indicated. Until payment is made, the item remains for sale. First to pay is the first to receive. When you place items in your shopping cart, that item remains for sale until you checkout. Therefore, it is possible to go to check out and find that someone else has checked out while the item is in your cart and therefore you will not get that item.Such is the way of electronic shopping.
• SHIPPING - All shipping is by the USPS unless Fed-Ex is appropriate at the sole discretion of Mallar Decoys or if the customer finds this method to be cheaper prior to shipping. Shipping charges are determined through Pay Pal or by the client only. There is a $5 flat handling charge for each purchase. All shipping costs, to mail decoys back to owner, are at the owners expense.
• RESTOCKING FEE - A restocking fee will be charged for any returned decoy. This fee will be equal to 10% of the sale price.
